We began the Stress Busting program in 2020 during the onset of COVID offering online (Zoom) wellness promoting practices drawing from Qi Gong (Tai Chi) and Mindfulness Meditation. We are now rebranding the program as ‘Interbeing Wellness’. The change acknowledges that Healing Ourselves is intertwined with Healing Others and Healing our World.
